Installing Mailchimp will enable users to register on sites in order to sign up for newsletters, promotions, offers and other information regarding a site. With Mailchimp an audience can be created so that updates can be automatically send out to users who have signed up. An API key must be used when signing in, this allows features such as synchronising emails in a list created.

Royal Add-ons Installation

Royal Add-on enables more widgets to be used in Elementor. Below are the steps to create a pop-up in Elementor which will be linked to Mailchimp, allowing a user to subscribe to a newsletter.

Figure 7; Install the Royal Add ons plug-in and select the pop-up menu in the settings on your WordPress site. Next click create template.

Steps for making a custom pop-up are displayed above. This pop-up can now be customised for use in the Development portfolio.
